Tamam is a politically and religiously independent non-profit NGO, working with activities for children and youth, supporting and promoting integration and cultural diversity and developing young people's social engagement
Our motto is "Friendship without borders!" and we reach hundreds of young people - as volunteers and as participants in our activities. However, we believe these roles are fluid and that we all have something to learn from each other. Tamam is place where you can go both to get help with your homework or learning the language, and to find new friends to do fun activities with.
We believe in inclusion, participation and space for new initiatives and that the distance between idea and action should never be to long.
In Sweden Tamam has local branches in Lund, where we are based, Malm&aouml;, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Stockholm and Umeå. Abroad we have our own projects in Albania and Mexico, and support other youth organisations with similar values in Paraguay and Kirgizstan.
